    OX2 transfers Polish pair

OX2 has completed the transfer of two wind farms in Poland, totaling 64MW in capacity, to DIF Capital Partners. The Grajewo wind farm features 12 turbines with a combined installed capacity of 41MW, expected to generate approximately 130GWh of energy.

This output could potentially supply up to 26,000 households, based on an average annual household consumption of 5000kWh. OX2 has agreed to handle the technical and commercial management of the site in collaboration with DIF Capital Partners.

Additionally, OX2 has delivered the Sulmierzyce wind farm in Poland to DIF Capital Partners. This project includes seven turbines with a total installed capacity of 23MW, estimated to produce around 68GWh of energy.

With an assumed average annual household consumption of 5000kWh, the Sulmierzyce wind farm has the capacity to meet the needs of up to 13,000 households. OX2 is tasked with the technical and commercial management of this project under an agreement with DIF Capital Partners.

Notably, in the fourth quarter, OX2 handed over a total of five wind farms to investors, contributing to an overall capacity of 483MW.
