OX2 has been chosen to manage a 253MW wind farm in Sweden on a technical, commercial, and financial level.
The MB2 North wind farm, located outside of Pite, is made up of 63 turbines with a total installed capacity of 630 MW and is part of the Markbygden cluster.
MB2 North has signed a “long-term full suite management package to ensure optimal asset performance”.
Energy Infrastructure Partners manages and services MB2 North on behalf of investors (EIP).
Lars Bryngelsson, managing director of OX2 TCM, has said “We look forward to being responsible for the management of MB2 North.
“With its experience and knowledge, EIP is a partner that we have a very fruitful relationship with, focusing on the highest quality and proactivity”.
This will be the eighth externally-built wind farm for which OX2 TCM is responsible for technical and commercial management.
OX2 is in charge of the technical and economic administration of wind farms with a total installed capacity of around 3.5GW in Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, and Poland.
