Nomad Electric, a provider of solar services, has established a branch in Bucharest as it prepares to join the Romanian market.
Nomad Electric has ambitions for additional global expansion, building on its farm servicing operational model, and now has a portfolio of completed Operations & Maintenance contracts for 800MWp of projects.
“We are part of the group which operates in a number of European countries, while the RES market in Central and Eastern Europe is on the rise and offers great opportunities,” said Pawel Muszynski, Business Development Director at Nomad Electric.
“Opening a branch in Romania, which is an emerging market, is a natural step given the fact that, according to the European Green Deal, by 2030, Romania has to meet the goal of over 30% of renewable energy sources in its energy mix. This creates a lot of new potential and we intend to use it up.”
