Our client is a fantastic infrastructure fund that is searching for an FP&A analyst with good financial analytical abilities and accounting knowledge who wants to develop exposure to the wider business and help with decision-making.
The FP&A analyst is a broad-based position that works closely with the FP&A manager to provide financial planning and analysis services and modelling capabilities to all functional areas of our client’s business.
The FP&A analyst is in charge of providing support and conducting necessary analyses to fulfil the demands of both external and internal customers, as well as assisting in the supply of commercial insights.
Role:
- As part of the contractual Company Management responsibilities, keep the operating models up to date.
- Assist the Commercial team in analysing and evaluating the effects of project changes.
- Assist Group Finance with the upkeep and development of their financial models for monthly and annual reporting.
- Assist the Commercial team in analysing and evaluating the effects of project changes.
- Support actions for SPVs
Requirement
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Experience dealing with or creating complex spreadsheets is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to collaborate with top executives and external stakeholders.
- Additional skills/prior experience preferred but not essential:
- Financial modelling
- Working on structured finance transactions and associated legal documents
