    DORE, a UK-based investor, has purchased a 46MW Swedish project.

    DORE, a UK-based investor, has completed the purchase of a 46MW onshore wind farm in north-east Sweden.

     

    The transaction was accomplished for around €23.8 million in total.

     

    The acquisition was supported with cash from the company’s coffers on an ungeared basis.

     

    The wind farm, which is powered by 20 Enercon E-82 2.30MW turbines and is located around 220 metres above sea level in the SE2 pricing region in north eastern Sweden, is powered by 20 Enercon E-82 2.30MW turbines.

     

    Since 2011, the project has been in operation. Enercon GmbH provides operation and maintenance services.

     

    The asset is estimated to produce around 108 GWh of power per year.
