BayWa’s renewable division has named Phil Goleby as co-managing director of its UK Services division.
He will share the leadership of UK services with Morgan Harris, the managing director. This appointment coincides with BayWa r.e.’s sustained growth phase and its commitment to long-term operation and management (O&M) agreements with its partners.
Phil Goleby, who previously served as a director for a facilities management company specializing in reactive maintenance, including grounds maintenance and landscaping, brings his experience from Enercon GmbH.
In his new capacity, Goleby will lead the teams involved in repowering and revitalization, while also overseeing the transition of UK services to manage Independent Power Producer (IPP) assets. This aligns with BayWa r.e.’s global strategy to expand its presence as an IPP.
