Amarenco completes a $300 million fundraising effort

Amarenco, a Franco-Irish independent power producer, has just finished financing €300 million in a fresh round of finance.

Arjun Infrastructure Partners is now able to purchase a small interest in Amarenco thanks to this most recent round.

The Crédit Agricole Group and Tikehau Capital add Arjun Infrastructure to their list of investors.

Amarenco Group is able to take another significant step towards realising its goals, including putting its 100MW Claudia battery storage project into action, thanks to this third round of capital raising.

During the next three years, this new round of funding will also aid in turning its multi-GW projects into assets across all of its geographies.

With a special emphasis on corporate offtakers, Amarenco hopes to continue expanding across solar, energy storage, and agri PV systems.

As part of this fundraising, Mathieu Badjeck and Pierrre Abadie, co-heads of Tikehau Capital’s Private Equity Energy Transition practise, Julian Skinner, and Romain Py from Arjun Infrastructure joined the board of directors of Amarenco.
