Victory Hill Capital Advisors (the investment adviser) has announced plans to raise £150 million (€175 million) through a share offering through VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities.
The Issue Price is 3.4 percent higher than the NAV per Ordinary Share as of March 31, 2022, adjusted for the interim dividend of 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share issued on May 5, 2022, and 3.5 percent lower than the closing Ordinary Share price on June 8, 2022.
A portfolio of three functioning wind farms totaling roughly 153MW has been recognised by the investment adviser as a potential sustainable energy infrastructure investment.
It’s also looking at a 198MW hydro facility in Brazil that’s now owned by a huge European utility.
Since its IPO, the business has amassed a portfolio of 24 assets, which include investments in a variety of technologies across four jurisdictions (Australia, Brazil, the UK and the USA).
